Refund & Cancellation Policy

At **AVA YATRA**, we strive to ensure that your cancellations are handled fairly. Please find the timeline and refund policy details below.

1. Package Cancellation Timeline

• **30 Days or More Prior to Arrival:** 100% of the tour amount will be refunded (less a 5% administrative handling fee).
• **15 to 30 Days Prior to Arrival:** 50% of the total booking value will be refunded.
• **Less than 15 Days Prior to Arrival:** No refunds will be provided for late-stage cancellations.

2. Taxi Booking Cancellation

Airport drop taxi bookings cancelled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 20% flat cancellation charge.

3. Hotel Booking Cancellations

Since hotel reservations are tied directly to properties, their individual refund terms apply. We convey specific hotel terms during voucher generation.

4. Processing Timelines

All approved refunds are processed and credited directly back to the tourist's original payment mode (UPI, Netbanking, Credit Card) within **7 to 10 working days** from the cancellation date.
